All of the the used parts that Nordstroms has available for sale are searchable from the main home page of the web site. We carry used parts for most all makes and models. Many with less than 100 actual miles!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
To purchase the NEW parts listed on this section of the web site, you may use Credit Card or your Pay Pal account. If you would like to use a money order you will need to contact us to place the order over the phone or by email.

CAN I COMBINE MY USED PARTS PURCHASES WITH THE NEW PART PURCHASES? 
No. Currently this is a separate section of our E-commerce website and new parts cannot be combined with the used parts for sale online. These parts are shipped from our remote warehouses in the US.

WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY IS SOLD WITH NEW PARTS?
Any new parts purchased via this online section of the nordstromsauto.com website will have the same 199 day limited warranty standard as all parts. If your part is defective during this time, you must contact Nordstroms first before returning the part to obtain an RMA. The same warranty and return policies apply to these parts as all others.

HOW WILL MY NEW PART BE SHIPPED?
At this time only UPS ground service to the 48 US states is available via this section of the web site. If you need expedited shipping,  please contact us and we will see if we can get your a shipping quote. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or Mexico and any other International orders, you must contact us to purchase one of these parts. We will be able to complete an order manually for you. 

Orders placed before 4:00 CST weekdays will ship that same day.  Most any area in the country is at most 4-5 days ship time.  The majority of the country is 2-3 days. We have an East and West coast warehouse to ship parts from. Your part will ship from which ever warehouse is closest to you. Please see the two maps below for estimated shipping days.

DO MULTIPLE PURCHASES RECEIVE A SHIPPING DISCOUNT? 
Yes. All purchases are automatically combined for shipping. No further discount will be applied than what is displayed during checkout.

WILL A SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER BE PROVIDED? 
If you enter your email address during the checkout process you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number after it has been packaged and received by UPS.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All parts will have the same 30 day money back guarantee as all our other parts. Buyer is responsible for contacting us first, obtaining and RMA and shipping the part back to us. Original shipping charges are not refundable on returned items.  If a product was sent in error on our part, we will gladly help in getting you the correct part at our cost.

CAN I BUY NORDSTROMS LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THESE NEW AFTERMARKET PARTS? 
No. You may have seen our Lifetime Warranty that we have available for our used parts. You cannot purchase any extended warranties via this online site. If you would like to purchase a Lifetime Warranty you must contact us and purchase the part via phone or email.
